Items may be "in-person sales only" and will be indicated as such online.

Please schedule an appointment to look at a product or to arrange local pick-up and payment. Please email us to confirm details to pick-up in downtown Toronto.

 

Shipping

We currently ship products within Canada only, at our discretion.

Shipping Rates:

• In-Person: Arrange for Free In-Person Pick-Up and In-Person Payment in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
• Standard Shipping: 0 kg - 2 kg  (3 to 9 business days)   $15.00 CAD
• Standard Shipping: 2 kg - 30 kg (3 to 9 business days)   $25.00 CAD
• Express Shipping: 0 kg - 2 kg (1 to 2 business days)   $25.00 CAD

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with Canada Post or UPS.  Tracking is included with all orders and will be provided by email when the order is shipped out.

Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are entered correctly.  If an order cannot be delivered for whatever reason it is not the responsibility of Prime Consign and the order will be reshipped upon request, at the buyer's expense, or will be cancelled.  Prime Consign is not responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment.  Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity.

Prime Consign reserves the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.
